By using RankedSports (rankedsports.fit), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What RankedSports is

RankedSports is a free, self-serve tool for creating and managing sports tournament brackets and round-robin schedules. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your tournament PIN secure. Anyone with the PIN can manage your tournament.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the service.
• Do not enter personally sensitive information (e.g. real addresses, government IDs) into tournament or team fields.

4. Data and content

You own the tournament data you create. By using the service, you grant us permission to store and display that data as part of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Bracket links are publicly accessible by design — anyone with the link can view the bracket. Do not include private information in tournament or team names.

5. Availability

We make no guarantees of uptime or availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

RankedSports is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
